JOB DECRIPTION:



* Strategic brand management across disciplines

* Conduct market research on our brand, understand global trends

* Work with other departments to co-create brand themes, messages and attributes

* Set standards and advise on content, partnerships / sponsoring, client experience, tone of voice, visual identity and design

* Align regional marketing strategies and efforts to brand

* Define KPIs and measure the impact and conversion of brand communication efforts

* Oversee art direction, creation and media buying



JOB REQUIREMENTS:



* Several years of experience in a similar position, in an international environment

* Experience across services and consumer industries (premium brands, B2B and B2C) with discerning and sophisticated customers

* In-depth understanding of branding disciplines and deliverables (brand positioning / architecture, messaging, brand experience, brand measurement and research)

* Degree in business, marketing, communications, economics or similar

* Excellent communicator, experienced in running workshops with diverse teams, driving results and their implementation

* Strong analytical and project management skills

* Digitally savvy

* Passionate team player and natural people leader

* Excellent knowledge of English and German (written and spoken) is a must, other languages a plus
