Job Detail

· Manage overall daily operations of the Laundry Department



· Ensurance of quality control throughout entire laundry process



· Maintain cleanliness of the laundry area



· Ensure linen and housekeeping supplies are ordered and controlled in line with volume of business



· Take receipt of stock and ensure safe storage



· Manage customer service issues quickly and efficiently



· Report to Executive Housekeeper about activities progress and issues if any



· Responsible to ensure that laundry service, required by our guest is met on time and with the highest possible standards
