Bioanalytical Project Coordinator


Novimmune SA is a Swiss drug discovery and development company located in Geneva and Basel, focused on the creation of antibody-based drugs for the targeted treatment of inflammatory diseases, immune-related disorders and cancer. We are seeking a Bioanalytical Project Coordinator to support the drug development activities of the Bioanalytical Sciences team.


Description of activities:



  • Resource planning and prioritisation of bioanalytical activities.

  • Interface with internal and external stakeholders for planning of sample receipt and testing activities.

  • Manage and review of documentation (e.g. contracts, study protocols, laboratory manuals, SOPs, reports).

  • Preparation and follow-up for cross-functional meetings (e.g. agenda, minutes, action tracking, risk logs).

  • Performance monitoring of external partners for outsourced work to achieve on time delivery of project milestones, within budget.

  • Support implementation of new electronic systems to improve efficiency and throughput.


Skills and competencies:



  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry and preferentially in a clinical trial context.

  • Attention to detail, thorough and accurate when accomplishing a task.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time in an efficient manner.

  • Ability to work under pressure, with time constraints.

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software and project management tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, MS Project, etc.).

  • Able to work both autonomously and within a team depending on the project requirements.

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.

  • Knowledge of GLP and/or GCLP quality systems would be an advantage.

  • Position may require some flexibility in working hours as required by business needs.
