Your responsibilities:

As part of our PUX team you will help us build the right products. Or lead teams. Or analyze KPIs. Or be an interim CPO. Or run a UX project as the project lead. Or coach other PMs on how to conquer the world.

Basically that means that you will do many different things - we're in startup mode.

Your profile:

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Business or -Computer Science or a similar field


• Strong experience in Product Management


• Be able to lead an interdisciplinary team of individuals


• Fluent with agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban or Lean Product Development


• Be senior and be able to explain why you're senior


• Be data driven. Know your KPIs and tell us a funny story about numbers


• Be pragmatic and have an open personality, at the same time be funny. Or at least appreciate humor


• English is our business language, (Swiss) German is a big plus


• Experience with native App development or design (iOS and or Android)
