Client Relationship & Sales Manager

Advanon is looking to add a key new talent to its growing team!

Advanon offers an online platform that allows small and medium businesses (SMEs) to quickly access financing solutions, and to better understand their own financial standing through our machine learning credit rating process. 


Our team consists of 35 driven individuals coming from diverse backgrounds (Google, ETH, UBS, ING, McKinsey, EY, Start-ups, etc.). What You Would Do:



  • Convert prospects into leads and leads into customers by guiding them through the customer onboarding and invoice financing process

  • Relationship management with existing SME clients

  • Retention and re-activation of clients

  • Build up cooperations with SME associations, credit broker and partners in the finance and retail industry

  • Targeted selling of Advanon’s financing products to selected SMEs in Switzerland and possibly Germany


What We Expect:



  • 3-5 years experience with client communication and sales in the financial field

  • Degree in finance or related fields, or a strong understanding of financial/lending products and customers from experience

  • A true passion for selling great financing solutions that help small and medium sized businesses 

  • Independent working style, with a strong drive to acquire new customers through innovative approaches

  • Demonstrated ability to reach goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment

  • Strong and open team player with high commitment and dedication

  • Fluent in English and German, with Swiss German a strong plus, French or Italian an additional plus

  • Valid working permission in the EU or Switzerland
