YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You play a critical role in Mila’s “Crowd Operations Team” ensuring our service providers are trained and skilled to perform a variety of technical services. You design and create engaging training content through our bespoke learning platform - Mila Academy. You also create a variety of technical tests and quizzes to help our service providers upskill and receive more Mila jobs.
You constantly improve and evolve our skills management process to ensure we have enough skilled people on our platform in each country, town and village to service our customers.
