As we have reached the third year of our successful existence, we are now ready to scale even more and therefore want to complete our team by hiring you as our MILA ACADEMY & SKILL MANAGER!


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES


You play a critical role in Mila’s “Crowd Operations Team” ensuring our service providers are trained and skilled to perform a variety of technical services. You design and create engaging training content through our bespoke learning platform - Mila Academy. You also create a variety of technical tests and quizzes to help our service providers upskill and receive more Mila jobs.


You constantly improve and evolve our skills management process to ensure we have enough skilled people on our platform in each country, town and village to service our customers.


To summarise you will:



  • Design an overall skill concept and define the required skills for each service offered by Mila



  • Develop, create and promote training content for technical devices available online, via a webinar as well as in person



  • Manage and monitor the required certifications across all countries e.g. electrical qualifications



  • Develop efficient and reliable testing methods for our service providers to make sure that they are experts in Smart Home technology



  • Oversee the creation of digital content and graphics



  • Support our fabulous community events



  • Manage and improve our skill management processes and ensure all processes are scalable and efficient



  • Support your team in various ad-hoc tasks as required



  • Assign tasks to the team who supports you in creating digital content

REQUIREMENTS

We’d love you to be an enthusiastic person with a passion for a vibrant startup culture who wants to be part of a successful story. You are a team player and enjoy working in a fast-paced ever changing environment. You do not mind “getting your hands dirty” when needed to support your team and get things done.

You are very creative and are able to work independently and prioritize your work.

To summarise we are looking for a person who is a:



  • Strong team player, passionate, enthusiastic and SUPER creative



  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment a HUGE plus



  • Strong problem solver and full of ideas



  • Data driven decision making mentality with strong communication skills



  • Experience in training is a strong plus



  • Strong affinity and interest in various technologies



  • BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, business or equivalent practical experience is advantageous



  • Languages: Excellent English and German, French would be an advantage
