Sales International is the Market Organization taking care for more than 100 countries in all regions of the world. We provide solutions and services to our customers via indirect channels.

To strengthen our Sales International team, which is located in our global operational headquarters in Greifensee, Zurich we are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Supporter (f/m/d) 80 – 100%.



In this role, your responsibilities would include:

• Incoming calls from Partner/Customer related to leads and opportunities, as well as to administrative/operational questions. (i.e. coordinate technical support)


• Lead/e-Enquiry qualification and distribution


• Selected Quote creation for Partners, follow-up, revision & closing


• Quote creation, follow-up, revision & closing for Entry Level Products without Channel Partner


• Process Due Diligence and 3rd Party screening for dedicated accounts


• Assure validity of contracts with Channel Partner Maintain CRM/ERP Data for Channel Partner (Account, Contact, Sales Area Data)


• Analyze and manage account receivables administration


• Support Market Manager/Business in organizing Channel Partner Trainings and Events


• Support and cooperate closely with Logistic Shared Service Center in daily operation

Ihr Profil

Following requirements are necessary for this role:

• Technical and/or economical Degree (TK, HF/FH) 


• First working experience within a global industrial and/or manufacturing Sales or Service environment would be a  big asset


• Microsoft Office (obtaining knowledge / preparation of data) skills required, SAP is a plus


• Structured and strong analytical skills, Entrepreneurial thinking


• Ability to communicate across different teams with various cultural background


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
