Permanent Contract
As a product manager, he/she is responsible for building the mid-term Front and CRM tools products roadmap and associated annual plans, as well as ensuring the completeness of the Products & Services Catalog. He / she is responsible of packaging the products & services offer, in terms of profitability and marketing.
He/she provides functional expertise when required on consulting / onboarding projects. The AZqore Product Manager also acts in support of Relationship Managers to market and present his/her products & services to clients and prospects.
Main missions
Expertise:
Responsible to maintain functional coherence (animation of Functional architecture committee)
Contribute to the preparation of the annual project plan
Contribute to functional analysis of evolution requests
Contribute as functional expert for consulting missions, onboarding projects, Knowledge management
Is accountable for product functional documentation completeness
Is accountable for the test strategy, user & client experience
Provides support, when needed, to the Azqore Product Owner
Commercial / Marketing:
Produce and maintain product catalog and roadmap
Monitor the good products & services penetration in clients’ environments
Perform competitive products & services eve and market analysis
Sponsor investment projects (excluding clients project)
Customer Relationship:
Do presale / present products and evolutions / new features to Azqore clients and prospects (Client Roadshow)
Develop and animate the community of clients, partners, business correspondent
Provide functional contribution in products deployment on clients’ environments
Ensure the application of the governance model dedicated to business domains
Contribute to the client’s needs collection in collaboration with Azqore Product Owners
Europe, Switzerland, Waadt, Lausanne
Postgraduate degree – MA/MSc/PhD/Doctorate or equivalent
At least 8 years' experience in similar role, including at least one experience with external contacts (clients, partners…)

Banking and business analysis expertise, specifically in concerned business domains
