The Private Equity Investment Management, Primaries Team is looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial thinking Associate. This role includes the following activities:

• Screen, due diligence and execute private equity fund investments;


• Monitor and analyze existing fund investments;


• Ensure quality of information through regular maintenance of internal databases;


• Regular interaction with various counterparts such as private equity managers, placement agents, etc.;


• Participate in the overall development of the Private Equity Primaries practice;


• Support in sourcing secondary and co-investment opportunities.

Requirements

• University degree, preferably in finance or business from a top university and an excellent academic track record;


• 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably at a private equity fund of funds;


• Strong analytical skills coupled with excellent knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint;


• Self-starter personality with ability to work well in a multi-cultural team;


• Flexibility and capacity to work in an entrepreneurial environment;


• Proficient written and verbal English language skills, any other language is an advantage.
