For our “Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy (MRS)” Division we are looking for an

 

NMR Applications Specialist (m/f)

 

With your outstanding experience with NMR applications and the implementation of modern NMR experiments, you will have the possibility to work within a highly skilled and motivated team and contribute to shaping the future of NMR.

Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten

• Contribute to the definition of new products / product lines


• Contribute to the definition of sales, marketing and service concepts


• Testing and validation of products


• Provide support to sales, marketing and service


• Provide support to the hardware & software development teams


• Support product management and business line management


• Occasional international travel is required

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience with the implementation and the development of liquid and/or solid state NMR experiments is mandatory. If the candidate only has knowledge in one of the two areas, the willingness to quickly gain experience in the other is paramount.


• The candidate must have a deep understanding how NMR can be used in industrial and academic environments, and how NMR-based solutions can create value for our customers.


• Good understanding of modern NMR spectrometer hardware concepts. In this respect, experience with Bruker’s NMR hardware and software (Avance electronics, TopSpin) is advantageous.


• The candidate must share our passion for both technical innovation and business model innovation. Experience in the area of marketing scientific instruments is advantageous.


• Ability to work independently and to think out of the box.


• Excellent communication skills and demonstrated intercultural competence


• Fluency in English language; German speaking skills strongly desired
