Responsibilities & Profile

Your contribution to KPMG

• Organization and execution of sell- and buy-side due diligence and vendor assistance projects


• Management and coordination of project teams as well as coaching and mentoring of less experienced team members


• Close cooperation with our internal consultants from tax, valuations and pension as well as external lawyers and representatives of investment banks


• Preparation of client presentations and offers as well as holding the presentation at the client offices or in front of their consultants

This is what makes you successful

• Successfully completed degree in Economics; relevant further education (ACCA, CPA) is preferred


• At least 3 - 4 years of experience in Transaction Services, Audit, financial consulting or controlling of an international firm; ideally combined with first experience in transactions and Big4 exposure


• Analytical style of work, extended problem-solving skills and affinity for reporting topics


• Quick to grasp and learn new things and translate these into actions


• Not afraid to take on responsibility, able to handle pressure combined with a high degree of flexibility


• Communicative personality as well as very good German and English language skills; French is a plus
