Responsibilities & Profile

Your contribution to KPMG

• Work closely with COO Markets to support, maintain and implement new processes and projects within the Markets organization


• Maintain an overview of the Markets budget, including preparing forecast reports for the CFO


• Produce monthly project budget controlling and utilization reports


• Manage invoice allocation, internal billing and invoicing processes within the Markets organization


• Help orchestrate the HR process within the Markets organization and manage the joiner / leaver process


• Prepare, compile and finalize presentations and reports for leadership meetings


• Key contact for other departments (e.g. IT, Facilities)


• Responsible for a smooth day-to-day running of the Markets organization

This is what makes you successful

• Bachelor degree in Communications, Business Administration or similar


• At least 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience in an international environment


• Organized, strong project management skills (able to maintain an overview over complex processes)


• Proactive, "can-do" attitude: Ready to take on responsibility and ownership for dedicated tasks and projects


• Open, reliable and persuasive personality with strong communication skills


• Your result driven personality as well as your conceptual and analytical skills enable you to get things done efficiently


• Professional, enthusiastic and flexible attitude


• Fluency in German and English, French is a plus


• Strong excel and powerpoint skills
