SIG Technology in Neuhausen am Rheinfall develops innovative plastic closures and opening systems as well as the high-tech machines for the application of our closures to carton packaging. We are looking for a Team Leader Applicator Mechanics (m/f/d) for this business segment.

 

The role includes the following tasks:

• Global management for design and process engineering of applicator equipment


• Coordination of all applicator technology topics


• Alignment of Applicator topics with various other departments worldwide


• Resource allocation and project support


• Implementation and development of tools and methods


• Technology screening and handling of technology portfolio


• Platform development


• Responsibility for technology strategy


• Responsibility for the cost center and its budget planning


• Leading a team of 8 employees

 

Your profile fulfills the following requirements:

• Master of Engineering


• 3-5 years vocational experience


• Experience managing successful mechanical development activities


• Interdisciplinary thinking, experience in project management


• International site management experience is an advantage


• Proofed character of leadership and ownership
