THE ROLE:


As a member of the Growth team, you work with other team members to deliver a wide variety of activities that generate B2B leads. You create your own “hacks” and create all the assets that are needed for their execution. You constantly measure the success of your activities, learn from the results and try new things to improve results.


You like to learn and “win” and you get excited when you see results improving.


YOUR GOALS:


ANALYTICS



  • Insights: you have a complete overview of our leads funnel and know how to generate and use data insights: open rates, reach, CTR, conversion rates, time-to-sell, etc.

  • You love data: you’re always leveraging data to define which experiments & campaigns materialize (and which don't). You can create 'live' dashboards. You’re able to find and use external sources of data to reinforce our knowledge of the market.



  • CRM: you have experience with CRM tools (ideally Hubspot), you support the team making sure that data quality is complete, and that related processes are followed in a timely manner.


ATTRACT, CONVERT, NURTURE



  • With the team, you develop new ideas and channels to increase awareness amongst our target and generate more traffic on the FELFEL website.

  • You constantly update and improve the website, forms, call to actions, etc. You conduct A/B tests so it converts more of the visitors into leads.

  • Together with the content producer, you develop nurturing campaigns (create emails, automates, publish the content) to qualify the leads, and make them «FELFEL in love».


INCREASE REFERRALS



  • You work on «engineering the Word-of-Mouth». By collaborating with other teams, you make sure that our different audiences have an opportunity to recommend FELFEL to other people at the right place and right time.

  • You measure the results of our referral programs, and improve each step, try different channels and strategies to get the best results.


WHO YOU ARE:


You understand what Growth Hacking is. You know how to identify the key metrics of the customer journey and are willing to constantly improve them by testing, testing and testing again. You are driven, energetic, and love to work in a team. You have a good knowledge of digital marketing, AARRR metrics, and funnels and are eager to learn even more.


You are excellent in the following core skills:



  • Analytics
    You can select the right metrics from a sea of numbers in order to provide actionable advice that can propel a company’s growth. Ideally you have experience with Google Analytics, Hotjar, Hubspot & dashboarding tools. Excel has no secret for you.

  • Communication
    You are fluent in English (German a plus) and comfortable in oral and written communication. Ability to synthesize information into actionable insights for our sales team.

  • Curiosity: you need to be curious - we expect you to tell us stories and insights that we don't know yet.

  • Doer: while you are part of a team, you need to 'make it happen' on your own.


Furthermore, you must have experience in at least 2 of the bellow:



  • Content Marketing


You have built or participated in a successful content marketing strategy and


distribution



  • SEO & Website
    You know how to rank websites and WordPress has no secret for you.

  • Marketing Automation / Hubspot
    You know how to use Marketing Technology to automate and scale and have some knowledge about CRM systems. You have a thorough understanding of the tools that exist out there and how to work with them, integrate and optimize them.

  • PPC
    You know how to setup and optimize Google and Facebook campaigns. Experience on other ad platforms would be a great addition.

  • Technical & Creative Skills
    You have some basic technical skills, such as HTML/CSS coding, basic front-end design, video/picture editing (Adobe Creative Suite)
