As the Accounting Specialist you will be responsible for the financial accounting of one or more Jet Aviation entities in the Financial Services team within the Finance department. You will perform your tasks in line with the organization’s Vision 2020 and strategy. You will be collaborating closely with other Finance departments to ensure that accounting is aligned and executed effectively.

Description/Tasks:

• Performs accounts payable accounting activities, including the preparation, maintenance and reconciliation in the area of accounts payable


• Ensures that transaction entry verification procedures are followed


• Supports all kind of internal and external audits as well as other departmental tasks as deemed necessary


• Conducts or assists in the documentation of accounting projects


• Communicates with internal and external stakeholders relating to all aspects of the work

Qualification/Experience:

• Commercial accounting education


• Good knowledge of accounts payable process with and without purchase order


• Minimum 2 - 3 years of work experience in similar position in an international company


• Self-dependence and capacity for teamwork


• Fluent in German and English (oral and written)

Desired Characteristics:

• Good knowledge of VAT in relation to supplier invoices


• Results driven – able to execute with high personal accountability


• Customer focused


• Strong influencing skills


• French language skills is an advantage
