A challenging position within Global Real Estate, one of the largest European property fund managers with successful track record in global direct real estate investments. We offer comprehensive and tailor-made solutions and innovative products for institutional-, UHNWI- and retail clients.

• You a challenging role as country controller, including the responsibility to review and lead the monthly reporting and cash flow of the property companies in your region


• Take over the responsibility as Product Finance Manager for selected Real Estate Fund a/o Mandate in this very fast growing international business


• Lead and oversee the statutory audits and address country-specific issues with the external auditors for the property companies in your region


• Perform consolidation and bridging entries for the property companies in your region for group reporting purposes


• Handle and support the financial due diligence process of potential property acquisitions in your region


• Active participation in the annual budgeting and forecasting processes


• Run VAT and Corporate Income Tax compliance of the property companies in your region with the support of local business partners/consultants


• Perform mortgage solutions with various banks; participation in internal finance projects


• The position will require international travelling of 5%

You Offer

• You recently qualified with CPA/CA or are a qualified accountant


• You gathered more than 3 years of hands-on experience in a comparable international environment; preferably with a BIG 4 company or a multinational company


• You possess a solid accounting basis; knowledge of international accounting standards as well as Swiss GAAP is of benefit


• You gained experience in the use of consolidation software, preferably with COGNOS


• You feel confident in dealing with external auditors, tax consultants and a matrix Organisation


• Exposure to due diligence processes for the acquisition of real estate is regarded helpful


• Familiar with internal control frameworks (ICS or SOX) within an international business environment


• Ability to work independently and set own priorities, take ownership of assigned tasks and integrate well into a small team


• International real estate experience is regarded as helpful


• As a team-player you show a motivated and flexible can-do attitude


• Fluent in English and German (both spoken and written), fluency in Spanish of benefit
