Become part of the dynamic and highly motivated International Wealth Management Finance COO team based in Zurich! In this challenging assistant role you support several department heads in all administrative and organizational matters.



  • Agenda and calendar management, organization of meetings and video conferences, coordination of internal / external meetings and events

  • Taking ownership of any administrative task arising from the day-to-day business (e.g. building access for visitors and employees, access right control functions, administration and procurement of stationary and other office material)

  • Coordination of IWM Finance training concepts and new joiners program to ensure smooth onboarding processes for new employees

  • Preparation of internal communication such as newsletters, memos and surveys

  • Planning and organization of business travels and expenses management

  • Close collaboration with internal colleagues across different teams and locations (mainly Zurich, New York, Wroclaw)

  • An efficient partner role for the heads and the teams, working very closely together with other assistants and various stakeholders within the bank


You Offer

 

  • At least 3 years of working experience in a similar role preferably in banking

  • You are very structured, organized with the ability to run several issues and setting priorities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills matched with a high degree of initiative and attention to details

  • Reliable and dedicated team player combined with flexibility and a positive personality

  • Passionate about finding the best solution for the organisation and your partners

  • Proficiency in both English and German (oral and written)

  • Advanced Microsoft Office application knowledge
