For our division «Infrastructure & Data Management» in Zurich we are currently recruiting a


Service Delivery Manager (m/f/d)


 


In this role, you build & maintain relationships with our clients and manage their satisfaction (trend analysis, issue resolutionand forecasting). You are responsible for all aspects of Service Management (e.g. incident, problem, change, config, capacity, availability). The outcomes are an optimal balance between cost and quality/SLAs achieved in compliance with the initial business case.


 


Specifically, you help us to


 



  • Ensure that a regime of daily service reviews exist and drive for improvement and results

  • Build a delivery community, ensuring an understanding of client’s business, preferences and establishing a commitment to service quality/SLA achievement

  • Actively manage costs on the account, achieve year on year improvement whilst balancing appropriately cost vs. quality

  • Foster and champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and automation


 


Your profile


 



  • You successfully completed your university degree in computer science

  • You have a solid experience in the Service Delivery Manager role or at least in service delivery with international customers

  • You stand out with your effective communication ability, both verbally and orally

  • You show a positive attitude and you enjoy making a positive impact on the team and understand how to drive best results from multicultural teams

  • You demonstrate excellent planning and organizing skills and you are results focused

  • You convince with your advanced client intimacy and negotiation skills

  • You love working in an international team

  • You communicate business fluent in English and German, any other language is an asset
