• Create an Analytics Ecosystem to support HR Decisions and process. Foster a culture of data driven decision making, through preparation of key decisions with data insights and frameworks


• Set customer experience as the standard for all projects delivery, and identify KPIs and tools to measure it


• Build up trusted relationships and partner with experts across all the organization


• Introduce Agility


• Anticipate trends and opportunities in the market and make relevant recommendations to improve our offer.


• Prepare internal communication to sell your projects

You bring

• Several years of Project Management experience in a Service environment, operations or HR function


• A sound knowledge of HR IT systems and experience calibrating them for customer experience improvement


• Experience working on Customer experience improvement with Data analytics


• Experience in change management and introduction of new working styles


• A good understanding of Human Capital and HR trends

• Flexible and resilient, bring new approaches to solve problems


• An autonomous project manager, you bring people together and create common goals


• A strategic thinker using data to present their plan, and a pragmatic solution finder. You are willing to be hands-on to get your projects ahead


• Comfortable and adaptable in a small team, always keeping in mind the holistic view and the client objectives                  


• Keen to communicate and market your projects across boundaries to ensure visibility at all levels
