What's the role?


As a Senior Manager Corporate Tax & Transfer Pricing, you will be responsible for the handling of various international corporate tax and transfer pricing tasks for a multitude of Hilti group entities worldwide. Within our central tax department, you will use your proven tax expertise to work independently with various other teams at the corporate headquarters and in the local entities as well as with external tax advisors.

What does the role involve?


As one of Hilti’s Senior Manager Corporate Tax & Transfer Pricing, you will independently coordinate and manage various corporate income tax and transfer pricing matters for Hilti group entities in different jurisdictions. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the preparation and management of transfer pricing documentation and other compliance documents for the Hilti entities and jurisdictions you will be responsible for. The coordination and management of corporate income tax and transfer pricing structuring / modelling is another key responsibility. Moreover, you will assist the local Hilti organizations in tax audits and tax controversies in close cooperation with the team lead, the relevant shared service center, external consultants, and other pertinent stakeholders. You will identify and evaluate corporate tax and transfer pricing risks, independently manage specific tax projects as well as monitor and assess new developments in the international tax environment.

What you need is:



  • Higher education in international tax or finance / accounting

  • Excellent knowledge and broad experience in general corporate tax matters as well as transfer pricing (practical experience with a multinational industrial company a plus)

  • Experience in finance and/or tax accounting

  • Fluency in English (additional language skills, particularly in German, a plus)

  • Open for occasional business trips to other jurisdictions with a Hilti presence
