HR Specialist GB, Diversity & Belonging


Location: Geneva, Switzerland

Key Responsibilities:


 


 



  • You ensure compliance and optimized financing of our Global Benefits program (insured and non-insured benefits) as well as alignment with our philosophy and market practices.

  • You conduct global wellbeing and Diversity & Belonging projects and you support our local teams in developing and piloting impactful initiatives, with a focus on our growth markets, in Asia, India, Middle-East and Latin America, with a specific focus on our China Market due to its size and strategic importance.

  • You build inclusive relationships between our CoE and our local teams to ensure meaningful and sustainable initiatives are implemented with efficiency. You develop dashboards and predictive analytics that will support fact-based decisions

  • You develop communication and marketing materials to support our projects as well as organize and coordinate global engagement events.

  • You prepare reports and meeting materials for the Global Pension Fund Committee which oversight the Group’s pension plans. You ensure local Pension schemes are aligned with our Financial Wellbeing strategy and competitive with local markets.

  • You advise & support the Swiss pension members (retirement, disability, home ownership withdrawal, termination, pension buy-back,…) in partnership with our external provider. You support the preparation of annual reports and follow monthly closing processes; you collaborate with external providers and auditors during the annual audit.

  • You participate in specific projects related to the investments and real estate strategy, operational improvements, de-risking measures, plan provisions etc.


 


 


 


We value:


 



  • Master’s degree in Management, Economics or an equivalent qualification from a top-ranked university, or a confirmed experience in Global Benefits, Diversity & Belonging in a large matrix organization.

  • Perfect communication skills in English, French and Mandarin, Indian would be an asset – both oral and written with the ability to cut through the complexity in a clear and concise way.

  • Good knowledge of the Swiss law on Pension Funds (LPP) and International Accounting Standards (IAS).

  • Good knowledge of SAP, HTML and Wave.



  • Global Project management skills in a matrix organization; persuasive, listening as well as collaborative skills to foster an efficient and agile work relationship between global and local teams. Demonstrated experience in transitioning project from “start-up” phase to an enduring project.

  • Data-driven decision making abilities in particular HR/organizational people data, able to effectively communicate the insights to internal stakeholders.
