Enterprise ERP SAP Architect - (18012799) 

Description

 

Role purpose

Develop the enterprise ERP SAP target architecture and roadmap towards S/4 Hana, oversee its implementation over the next years and constantly adapt the roadmap to inevitable changes driven by changing business priorities and economic environment.

 

Accountabilities

• Develop and maintain Syngenta enterprise ERP Sap architecture and roadmap towards S/4 Hana


• Establish a close collaboration to our key business and IT leaders and business facing IT teams to ensure that the ERP SAP roadmap is in fully service of our business capability roadmaps


• Establish and maintain the architecture relationship with our key ERP software vendors, mainly SAP


• Ensure latest developments and trends in ERP world are capture and evaluated for their relevance to Syngenta


• Oversee and guide an internal team of solution architects to ensure solution design of individual projects are in support of the wider enterprise architecture


• Ensure our ERP SAP architecture is striving a balance between simplicity, harmonization and flexibility for changes in business and company structure


• Lead major implementation programs from an architecture perspective

 

Qualifications

 

• 10-15 years’ experience in global SAP implementations and merger & integration programs




• Experience in development and implementation of SAP roadmaps and architectures for multi-national organizations




• Knowledge about latest SAP technologies, specifically S/4 Hana suite




• Broad experience in functional area like Finance and Supply Chain as main SAP users




• Experience in process industry or manufacturing industry is beneficial




• Experience in communicating and influencing of senior business stakeholders
