Weare looking for a Senior Cloud Engineering Manager for ELCA. ELCA is increasingly expanding its global presence on public cloud infrastructure, notably AWS. The retained candidate will oversee a team of cloud engineers in charge of guaranteeing superior production operation service and further transform existing assets towards highly scalable Cloud infrastructure.

 

The role is based in Lausanne.

In this role

• Deliver high availability production operations and development environments.


• Define and steer ITSM/ITIL robust processes.


• Drive cloud engineering process and technology improvements projects.


• Design and pilot cloud technology vision together with relevant product teams.


• Responsible to lead and develop a team of cloud engineers.

About your profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science and/or Engineering


• Proven track record as lead of production operations.


• Experience in Devops, Cloud transformation, AWS,  ITSM / ITIL.


• Similar role in a Software Product company a plus.


• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment / with offshore teams.


• Fluent English, French required, German or Spanish a plus


• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT service delivery.


• Strong team builder and leader.
