Using Hololens for Product Configuration (Internship)

In a consumer’s life today, the choices of products and options are limitless. Suppliers need to offer individualized products to be competitive. Imagine you’re sitting in a test car in your dealer’s showroom and having the opportunity to switch between interior designs, different styles, colors and materials? At the same time, adding optional devices like advanced audio systems and checking the price premium to pay for and delivery time? We strongly believe that utilizing mixed reality can add a lot of values in the product evaluation and selection process for both, consumers and sellers.

Your work will include the identification and selection of the right market and use case where product configuration and customization using HoloLens is practical. For this internship, you are asked to develop a mixed reality application based on a real-world case to prove the values.

You will join our team of mobile developers, with the support of our mixed reality team. You will work in a stimulating and highly skilled environment.

In this role

• Analysis & research of current solutions available on the market


• Developing an application on HoloLens to allows users to configure a product that consists of many options


• Choose which use cases to work on, identify matching real businessneeds linked to them.

About your profile

• Basic understanding of mixed reality technologies


• Software engineering and programming with Unity3D and C#


• Experience in HoloLens is a plus


• Creative mindset and high affinity to digital innovations
