This is an outstanding opportunity to join our Group Compliance Team in a role that will help deliver on our strategic objectives by supporting the development of integrated communication, training and education programs in order to raise awareness on regulatory requirements, Group Compliance policies, guidelines and relevant compliance risk to Zurich’s internal employee population. This role supports Zurich Group-led initiatives in facilitating compliance culture through innovative e-learning programs and compliance awareness communication. This position will be based in our Head Office in Zurich and will report directly to the Head of Compliance Communications & Culture. 


Your Role 


As a Compliance Training and Development Specialist, your main responsibilities will involve:   



  • Supporting Group compliance training development program initiatives for Zurich's employees and the Compliance function.


  • Participating in the development of new Compliance training concepts and design, performing in-depth reviews of existing content collected for new or refreshed solutions.


  • Conducting proactive and reactive Compliance training needs analysis and offer innovative learning solutions.


  • Supporting the development of the existing suite of Compliance training programs, exploring contemporary methods of delivery.


  • Liaising with stakeholders to define Compliance training methodology, supporting and coordinating updates of training content from storyboard to deployment.


  • Working closely with Global Learning and Development to define annual training assignment pools, provide training content, descriptions and deadlines.


  • Supporting training KPI definitions, tracking and post-training analysis and reporting of the annual Code of Conduct training results.


  • Supporting the testing of Compliance training and maintaining the Compliance training completion reports.


  • Supporting the development and execution of the Compliance communication strategy aligned with Zurich’s strategic priorities and business objectives.


  • Leveraging digital tools and produce creative content for an integrated communications approach.


  • Develop key Compliance messaging and internal communications for the Group Compliance department and the business in a simple and compelling way targeted to the diverse audience   


  • Acting as a Compliance communications center of expertise for branding, proofreading and other communications to ensure consistent quality and messaging of Compliance


  • Leading and participating in other Compliance Culture and Communication team projects.


 


Your Skills and Experience



As a Compliance Training and Development Specialist, your skills and qualifications will include:



  • A bachelor’s degree or comparable qualification in e.g. Communication, Training and Development/Learning or Psychology


  • Relevant experience in a learning and development, training and communications role with insights into compliance and/or compliance training


  • Experience in the financial sector either in a global banking, insurance, asset management or a consultancy firm environment; business acumen


  • Experience in designing training programs to specifications


  • Excellent storytelling capabilities and creative flair


  • Excellent IT skills, ideally experience with Articulate Storyline, CMS platforms, Adobe Photoshop and/or other Adobe suite tools


  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to track and report on training implementation success and results


  • Proven expertise in using digital tools

  • Fluent English speaker with expert writing and editing skills, keen attention to detail and proactive follow-through


  • Excellent organizational and project management skills


  • Ability to collaborate with, engage and influence various stakeholders


  • Self-starter with the ability to work effectively, both independently and as part of a team


  • Excellent problem solving and influencing skills

  • Self-motivation and willingness to learn and develop new skills
