Currently we are recruiting for our client, an international bank in Zurich, for an experienced, dedicated and outgoing personality as Head of Digital Learning.




Tätigkeiten:


  • Develop,design and implement a strategy with meaningful Digital Learning content

  • Leadmultiple Departments in the Digital/e-learning division and guarantee thedevelopment of the team members

  • Workclosely with Heads of other departments in order to identify and deliversolutions to amend the divisional development plans

  • Ensurethat the budget is in line and manage the dirct expenses and the associated ITplatforms

  • Ensurethe seamless delivery of existing learning solutions and new propositions andmake sure accurate and prompt data is available at any given time

  • Establishand manage the right external partnerships and the outsourced service providers



  • Anforderungen:


  • Degreeand a minimum of 4 years experience in the banking and finance sector

  • Experienced with HCM and Learning Agendas and the exposure to digialization,preferably with a consulting background

  • Profound Stakeholdermanagement know-how: provide direction and foster consensus across groups andbuild efficient relationships in order to establish Digital Learning within thecompany

  • Strongleadership experience and interpersonal skills, accountable personality and anatural teamleader, ability to influence and drive the development further

  • Project /Execution / Program: experienced in project and program management, creatingsolutions and the execution of complex strategies

  • ProfoundMS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Any other skills in usingPMO or forecasting tools are an asset

  • Firmgrasp in cost account, vendor invoice managment, resource planning ant thefinancial forecasting cycle

  • Empatheticand problemsolving personality with outstanding communication skills and theflexibility to adapt to new topics and situations
