We are recruiting an IS IT Site Support Specialist (40% work pensum/ jobsharing)


In this role you will be the local acting point between the Global IT Service Desk and our local Switzerland affiliate.  There are also a number of senior executives who are based in Switzerland which will require your specific support.  Your main responsibilities include providing support to our local staff, office-based senior executives and our field-based employees.  You will have the opportunity to be involved in business projects implementing new IT tools and introduce global last mile projects. This role is a part-time role and you will be sharing the responsibilities with another colleague in job-sharing.


Your main tasks:


·       Work together with our Global and Regional IS/IT Service Desk


·       Coordinate and organizing daily support tasks in close collaboration with other team members


·       Support and improve our local IT infrastructure and workplaces


·       Ensure flawless functionality and constant development of our Meeting Rooms, Telepresence suits, VMR Rooms and Multi-Media infrastructure


·        Act as a backup for the support of mobile devices


·       Hands on activities such as installing cables or plugs, small repairs


·       Supporting the preparation of meetings and rooms. from an IT perspective


·       Maintaining our AV equipment and meeting rooms in direct coordination with our 3rd party provider


·       Coordinate 1st and 2nd level support with global teams


Your profile:


·       You should have an IT education or a technical education with good IT knowledge


·       You are fluent in English and German (written and spoken), French language skills would be a plus


·       Good multimedia skills for modern presenting and video conferencing technologies


·       Experience in a global or international environment would be a plus


·       The ideal candidate is a patient person with very good communication skills who is used to working with people
