Assistant Project Manager - Pharma

In this versatile role, you are responsible for the administrative assistance of projects in the area: acquisition of comparator samples.

With the assistance and under the guidance of the Sourcing Senior Manager and Senior PM & CS comparator lead, you ensure that the services are delivered on time and to customer and Fisher quality standards.

Your Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the project processes and maintain the project documentation.


• Independent handling of requests with the according suppliers.


• Compile sales overviews, quotes, and other standard documents.


• Handle and monitor forecast and tracking sheets.


• Data administration.


• Filing and Archiving.

Your Qualifications:

• Degree in Science or equivalent medical education (such as MTA / PTA).


• 2 - 3 years of professional experience in project management and assistance are desirable.


• Capable of working under own initiative, with support of the team members.


• Analytical thinking and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics.


• Good communication and co-ordination skills.


• Safe handling of MS Office programs.


• Good written and verbal skills in English and German.
