We are looking for a Product / Project Manager Client Data / CRM Solutions to help us enhance our digital capabilities in the area of Client Relationship Management, Client Onboarding and Profiling for clients and client advisors. In this role, you will support and lead projects from business idea to rollout.

Key activities include:

- Recognize opportunities to enhance today's Client- and Advisor Experience across digital touchpoints and drive concrete implementation projects in the CRM area

- Analyse and shape front-to-back business processes to improve the user experience of end clients, internal client advisors and marketing employees

- Support and lead projects through all phases from business idea to rollout

- Sounding and consolidation of business requirements with various stakeholders in marketing, front-office, legal, compliance, risk and IT

- Business Solution Ownership for specific applications: defining the strategic solution roadmap and the required capabilities and aligning with IT solution manager and key business stakeholders, as well as negotiation of adequate budget to fulfil solution roadmap and/or project goals

- Preparation of technical implementation and testing in close collaboration with IT organization

- Support and lead run the bank tasks for the various business solutions
