Are you solid as a rock when you’re juggling running development programs, engaged participants and challenging projects? We're looking for someone like this to:

• run one or more UBS Certification Programs for Personal Banking and Corporates & Institutional from A to Z

• responsible for the maintenance of assigned certification programs and all its components

• manage program portfolio and delivery performance towards vendor strategy, cost and quality targets, as well as ensure program evaluation, reporting and statistics

• ensure that program target population is managed, progress tracked and participant support / case management delivered

• coordinate with relevant business stakeholders and governance bodies to ensure smooth planning, design, delivery, review and evaluation of the program portfolio

• drive the vendor management and service management for internal and external service providers

• risk tracking: proactively identifying and raising deficiencies with Head of Certification Program Management to drive diligent and sustainable risk remediation of program portfolio
