Global IOS Control Analyst

Responsible for preparation, analysis and commentary of the monthly P&L reports, monthly P&L reporting, budget and forecast planning, and ad-hoc analysis to address issues and improve efficiency


 


Your main responsibilities:



  • Drive monthly reporting and analysis process for IOS companies ensuring on-time delivery, high accuracy of reporting, and sound analysis of business results

  • Identify and analyze deviations between actual, budget and forecasts, proposing corrective measures

  • Develop and implement cost-controlling analysis in order to monitor and improve profitability

  • Participate in annual budget preparation, coordination, and analysis

  • Coordinate tasks, processes, and actions with HQ departments: Business Analysis, Commercial Re-porting, Group Controlling, Procurement, and Supply Chain

  • Identify ‘Best practices’ and share across different to drive Global performance improvements

  • Undertake ad-hoc projects and support business development

  • Support Development of system-based solutions for reporting purposes

  • Ensure understanding and adherence to standard policies and procedures of the Commercial Control community


 


Your profile:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with at least 2 years of experience in Controlling or Finance Business Support in an international environment

  • Strong analytical skills and proven customer-facing delivery

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel) and SAP

  • Very process-oriented, hands-on and able to handle pressure

  • Demonstrate individual value-adding approach, taking ownership as needed

  • Able to prioritize and deliver results within short timeframes

  • Proven ability to work with and influence senior business managers across functions

  • Highly motivated, flexible and ambitious   

  • Team oriented

  • Excellent oral and written skills in English – any other languages would be an asset
