You Offer

 

• An above average university degree in an area related to Risk / Compliance / Legal, or Economics in general


• A minimum of five years of professional experience in project management, optimally gathered by you within the banking environment, related financial services firms or management consulting companies


• If you have additional practical expertise in Compliance / Risk Management or in Audit this is viewed as a plus


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required, knowledge of German would be an advantage in order to collaborate with different shareholders


• You have validated competence to independently lead and handle projects in a complex environment in combination with a distinct economic understanding


• Your good analytical skills as well as your structured, hands-on and focused way to approach challenges enable you to get things done even in dynamic and fast paced environments


• You are a standout colleague with an open-minded, flexible and reliable way of working as well as with the dedication to provide high quality deliverables within the given timeframe


• You cultivate a diplomatic and constructive way in collaboration and negotiation by showing an open communication style and willingness to contribute to a highly motivated team
