Job Description


We are looking for a Global Incentives Analyst reporting to the Head of Sales Operations.


This role will be closely linked to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance HR leaders.
It is a unique opportunity to join a booming Software Business environment in a role that will directly impact business agility and success.


Global Incentive:



  • Model, propose and advise Key stakeholders on the design of the incentive plans (S.M.A.R.T) for all Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success roles. 

  • Administer our Commission System (Xactly Incent).

  • Manage timely the on-boarding with Quota settings and ramping structure of new participants.

  • Manage the off-boarding.

  • Control data set integrity used and Report Attainments.

  • Produce monthly variable payouts.

  • Analyse and report plan efficiencies and Spiff program budgets.

  • Support IFRS norms and audit requirements.

  • Support Plan‘s participants in their daily queries.

  • Seniority level: Mid-Senior Level

  • Function: Administrative


Qualifications



  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role.

  • Xactly Incent and SFDC CRM a significant plus.

  • Software industry experience a plus.

  • Master’s Degree in business administration, computer science, information technology, or related field. 

  • Fluent English a must, Fluent French a plus.

  • Strong command on Microsoft Office a must

  • Business savvy – understand business context, challenges and motivational requirements.

  • Highly Analytical and Data driven.

  • Process & System minded in administering the application and its feed from SFDC.

  • Passion for Business support, and extra mile mindset will be key differentiator in candidate selection.

  • Experienced in communicating with Executive Business leaders.
