Accountable for timely supply of "make" products as per business requirements
Capacity review with the impacted plant departments (QA, QC, Bulk Operations, Packaging Operations) and the Warehouse,
Supervise and lead the supply plan execution
Ensure all manufacturing KPIs of his/her activities are on target
Ensure pro-active priority and activity management for his/her team/activities,
Communicate pro-actively, consistently and coordinate with the different stakeholders,
Lead corrective actions and improvement initiatives within the Supply Management department,
Act as single point of contact for all operational interactions with Global Supply Planning Team,
Act as single point of contact for QA release priorities when applicable, in charge of the controlled documents update
Act as information coordination point for launches and variations within the Supply Management Department,
Manage and develop the team for all activities in scope
Your Profile
5+ years' experience in manufacturing logistics / supply chain
3+ years of leadership experience,
University degree in Engineering / Supply Chain or MBA
Excellent knowledge and strong experience in supply change strategy, organizational skills
Natural leader, at ease to take autonomously important decisions under pressure and to drive successful execution,
Well-developed ability to constructively work across functional areas and levels to achieve results,
Strong verbal and written communication skills,
Strong analytical, problem solving, influential and deductive skills,
Capability to work with short deadlines and simultaneous activities,
Excellent IT proficiency: MS Office, Excel, ERP for manufacturing
Understanding of GMP and FDA/EMA/Swissmedic regulatory requirements + experience in GMP environment
Understanding of solid oral dosage forms manufacturing and packaging processes,
Fluent in French and English
