Responsibilities
Drive consideration, adoption, and usage through evangelismand community building, targeting relevant communities like cloud architects,DevOps, IT Operations, etc.
Orchestrate technical go-to-market programs,leveraging product management, marketing, development, and technical salesacross Oracle, as well as relevant external partners.
Bootstrap and manage relevant communities, Oracle-ownedand third party, online and live.
Deliver high quality technical content for audiences:both personally and programmatically.
Skills
Demonstrates strong program leadership ability, withexperience in multi-faceted, global campaigns.
Has a demonstrable ability to analyze and actagainst rapidly changing business needs.
Has a strong theoretical and practical understandingof cloud infrastructure and platform technologies and customer needs (particularlyfor software developers, DevOps, and operators)
Demonstrated ability to explain technical materialto both technical and business audiences.
Has deep technical knowledge of cloud infrastructureand platform services, as well as distributed systems, to effectively collaboratewith internal and external developers
Possesses strong business acumen in the context ofInternet-based services to effectively engage with business leaders, analysts,press, and Oracle leadership
Experience creating content including, but notlimited to the following formats: presentations, blogs, white boards, videos,technical guides, architecture diagrams.
Required Qualifications
4 years of experience with technical go-to-marketand community building for enterprise IT, IT operations, system administrators,and/or DevOps audiences
4 years of experience in the IaaS, PaaS, DevOps, virtualization,or enterprise software markets; open source experience a plus
Computer science or software engineering background stronglypreferred

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Work as part of a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.
As a member of the product development division, you will define product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
