My client is an established international Multi Family Office based in Zug. On their behalf I am looking for an experienced and immediately available

Company & Trust Administrator 

Within a very small team you will ensure the administration of Companies and Trusts taking care of the following tasks: 

• Administering complex corporate and fiduciary structures


• Drafting minutes and resolutions


• Performing regular investment and corporate reviews and create reports


• Maintaining all necessary records and data updated


• Monitoring bank accounts and investments


• Liaising with in house legal counsels, wealth planners and accounting


• Responding to requests from clients, outside professionals and service providers


• Manage the serviced office in Zug

For this role we have defined the following requirements: 

• Minimum of three years of experience in administering complex structures


• Fluent in English, German or French an asset


• Experienced in dealing with High Net Worth clients


• Experienced in interacting with counterparties and conducting client meetings


• Used to operate with highest confidentiality and due diligence processes


• Ideally holding a STEP Diploma or equivalent, or in the process of obtaining it


• Good understanding of international estate and tax planning methodologies


• Ability to integrate and collaborate with the team in Zug and London


• Good spirited team worker


• High integrity and sense of responsibility, trustworthy and loyal


• Ability to efficiently communicate at all levels


• Used to work independently
