Why we are recruitingThe Head of People & Culture Digital Strategy will lead the design, development and implementation of a global, scalable digital people and culture platform to enable an agile, dynamic Forum workforce. Reporting lines and interactionsThis position will report to Emma Benameur, Head of People and Culture. The primary role of the position is to interact with external service provider(s), Forum IT and other key functional teams, stakeholders and employees/managers. Main responsibilitiesIdentify, develop and implement digital assets:• Promote cognitive technologies and artificial intelligence to facilitate and optimize recruitment and acquisition• Ensure the global core human resource information system (HRIS) meets all HR administrative needs with adaptability, integration and analytics capability• Unify people and culture activities to enhance employee experience and lifecycle• Enhance people analytics to improve decision-making• Increase transparency and accountability, employee profiling, career mapping and employee job-matching The successful candidate will be assessed on• Gathering specifications and benchmarking tools, and preparing budgetary and resource allocations• Managing the request for proposals (RFP) process to identify optimal external partners to lead implementation of Digital Strategy• Leading the implementation of the Digital Strategy project along with external partner(s) and internal IT team• Leading end-to-end process mapping of all functions for People & Culture• Setting up project(s) for the rollout of the People & Culture digital strategy• Driving the change management process in the organization along with People & Culture leadership team and managing board Preferred requirements and experience• At least 8-10 years of experience leading large-scale, global technology transformation projects with at least 5 years of experience in leading and operationalizing HR technology transformation initiatives• Strong knowledge of the latest developments in global HRIS and other digital HR solutions, as well as understanding of the evaluation criteria for such solutions• Experience leading and managing a portfolio roadmap, project planning and risk management• Business analysis and consulting experience• Experience in user interface design• Certification in project management Prince2, PMP Why work at the ForumThe World Economic Forum believes that progress happens by bringing together people from all walks of life who have the drive and the influence to improve the state of the world by building awareness and cooperation, shaping mindsets and agendas and driving collective action.
