She or he will coordinate closely with the involved specialist departments, manage the delivery process and ensure that deadlines are met.Responsibilities
The successful candiate will produce and maintain product specific Standard RfPs that describe the main characteristics of the product or strategy, the investment process and the investment team
She or he will manage and extend the RFP database with company and product-related information and regularly have the involved specialist departments review and update text modules
She or he will will update selected databases of investment consultants and support the relationship management with them in general
The positon also entails the maintenance of various statistics and performance of detailed analyses to enhance the distribution management
We are looking for a professional with a genuine interest in describing and presenting clearly and precisely our investment solutions for professional investors
Profiles
University degree (University/ETH), preferably in economics or business administration/finance
Work experience in asset management is preferred
Excellent writing skills as well as a flair for figures and statistics
Very good skills in Word and Excel as well as in dealing with databases
Highly motivated with strong communication and team skills; Ability to work with various stakeholders
Preferably French as native language, fluent in English and German
