We Offer

 

• A challenging client management role in our IWM Latin America EAM team, located in Zurich


• You deliver top service to our External Asset Managers and end clients, ensure smooth execution and act as sparring partner and coordinator to enable our EAMs in Latin America to further develop their business


• You act as a center of competence and interact daily with our EAMs as well as coordinate with our bank-internal specialists (product, credit, risk, legal)


• You ensure an efficient and high quality service delivery to our EAMs and effective collaboration with internal EAM Developers and Investment Advisors


• You handle complex client onboardings, transactions and client projects


• You ensure full oversight on client book, bring a high level of risk awareness and manage respective risks effectively


• You are part of a dynamic, international and highly motivated team

You Offer

 

• At least 2 years of working experience within Private Banking or EAM function


• High client- and service-orientation as well as outstanding communication skills


• Excellent interpersonal skills combined with the drive to continuously develop yourself and your working environment


• Attention to detail, structured approach and high motivation to deliver by being a trusted facilitator, coordinator and reliable partner


• Strong ability to cope with pressure and a high level of flexibility with high motivation to work independently and proactively


• Dedicated to take responsibility to maintain highest standards with respect to our risk and control culture and in order to meet bank's policies and obligations


• You are SAQ certified or willing to obtain the certificate


• Fluency in English and Spanish; German would be an asset


• Position is based in Zurich with occasional trips to the LatAm region
