• An exciting and meaningful role as Team Head within Compliance in Zurich


• A rare chance to take over the responsibility for the International Wealth Management Latin America and Brazil located in Zurich, which act as Business Compliance function for Swiss-booked clients


• You work very closely with Central Compliance functions in accordance with the global compliance mandate and in line with respective local regulatory requirements


• As a representative of our team you will attend functional and divisional management meetings and thereby have the chance to build up your internal network


• Being a partner for our senior management, you enable business development in a controlled and compliance oriented manner


• As an ambassador to the front business, you support a wide range of compliance matters


• You identify regulatory or reputational risks in covered markets’ locations


• A unique opportunity to participate in projects and internal working groups and to be part of a highly motivated team that is acting in a fast-paced environment

You Offer

 

• University degree in law, business administration or an equivalent education


• At least 8-10 years of experience in a risk function, preferably Compliance, for Private Banking clients in Latin American and European markets


• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English are a requirement, any additional language skills in one of the main languages (e.g. Spanish, Portuguese) of the covered markets will be an advantage


• As a team leader with a strong leadership skills and experience in leading teams, you have the ability to develop effective relationships


• Your elevated business partnership culture combined with a solution oriented attitude allow you to perform even in challenging situations


• Your strong social and business communication skills enable you to contribute to the teams' success


• As a standout team leader with strong analytical skills and a positive personality, you motivate your team to strive towards operational excellence
