Job description

The goal is to follow the Swatch training & development program for Retail employees on a global scale and transmit the passion of the brand through trainings to the retail staff. In this position, you will be responsible to lead different projects, working closely with the Retail Operations International Manager on new concepts.

Your main responsibilities are the following:

• First point of contact for E-learning


• Manage new Training design and projects


• Be responsible for the projects’ budget planification and control 


• Organize training plans, contact markets and deliver trainings


• Support in different HQ Projects on new products


• Coordinate and support the markets for learning activities and trainings


• Implement MTO in the E-learning and support the Junior Project Leader


• Review training material, and give guidance to the Learning coordinator 


• Support in developing innovative training concepts, for new training methods and contents following current Training trends and best practices and following Swatch strategy


• Creation of Videos, storylines and digital learning material


• Analyse different business results related to Sales figures and set up action plans


• Support the team to define Product Training Guidelines including Sales Arguments


• Create reporting and process related to Training and Sales


• Support in delivery of SR51 trainings (Preparation, Delivery, Tracking and Feedback)


• Be the contact person in the absence of the International Training Manager


• Help on general administrative tasks

Profile

To be successful in this role, you have ideally a Retail background, and previous experience as trainer. Dedicated and passionate, you are a business-oriented person with excellent project management skills, always ready to come up with innovative ideas.

Team player with good human relationship skills, you are proactive and autonomous but also detail oriented, and are capable of working in a fast moving & ever changing, international environment. Your creativity allows you to find out-of-the-box ideas and achieve goals successfully.

Professional requirements

You are a professional with excellent Project Management skills and a good knowledge in the design of training material. In addition you are a computer literate with digital affinity, experience in editing videos and creating online training materials and content. You are familiar with the Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver) and possess knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3. Expert in E-learning course production based on Articulate Storyline, you have also acquire good knowledge of the SCORM format.

Languages

In addition to your French or German mother tongue, you have very good verbal and written communication skills in English. Every additional language is a plus.
