Lab Technician
Your mission :
Our research focuses on the study and treatment of metabolic diseases. Obesity, hepatic steatosis, osteoporosis and liver cancer are our main areas of research. Your mission will be to provide a technical support in these different research projects and to contribute to overall lab maintenance. Main duties and responsibilities include :
You will participate in the genotyping of our different mouse lines on our robotic platform
You will perform analyzes on our mass spectrometer (HPLC-MS)
You will perform diverse tasks related to molecular and cellular biology as well as pharmacology
You will perform experiments on rodents (rats and mice)
You will perform data analysis on computer.
Participation in the setting and maintenance of laboratory equipment
You will order common lab material
Your profile :
Master’s degree in Biological Sciences. Engineer’s degree with specialty in a biological field. Laboratory technician certificate.
Experience in molecular biology, cell biology, animal physiology would be a plus.
Experience in mass spectrometry desired.
Good knowledge of current computer software (MS-Office).
Good knowledge of English.
Sense of responsibility, motivation and good adaptability within an international team.
