The eligible candidate will have responsibility for working with leaders and managers to develop high-performing teams, fostering and promoting the Forum’s core values and behaviours at all levels of the organization. Reporting Lines & Interactions This role reports to our Talent Curation Manager. Internally, the People and Culture Partner will work with colleagues from a selection of Groups. Externally, the person may liaise with service providers, bringing in best practices to workstreams under his/her lead. Breakdown of main responsibilities • Build strong and trusting relationships with internal stakeholders including employees, managers and People & Culture teammates• Be key partner to leadership with respect organizational design and workforce planning• Lead people activities across the Employee Life Cycle e.g. the performance management cycle, salary review process, talent management, succession planning• Lead the development and implementation of change management initiatives• Be a coach, consultant and influencer on People & Culture issues• Mediate complex employee relation cases, conduct effective investigations, develop best practice and appropriate solutions as necessary• Leverage strong working knowledge of Switzerland employment laws• Drive internal mobility opportunities and help fuel our mobility strategy• Lead ad hoc projects related to Talent Curation The successful candidate will be assessed on In this role, you’ll need to build credibility and trusted relationships at the leadership quickly, so you can drive initiatives and lead change at the Forum. You’ll be measured by how effectively you coach leaders and managers on the performance management processes, recruitment, and strategic management decision-making. Preferred Requirements and Experience • University-level education in the field of Human Resources Management, Organizational Development or other related fields• 10 years’ relevant work experience in both generalist and specialist roles in Human Resources (minimum 6 years of experience in Business Partner role)• In depth knowledge of Swiss employment law• Confirmed working experience in the following areas would be an asset: Recruitment, Talent Management, Change Management, Supporting the roll out of HRIS system• Ability to build relationships with senior leadership team• Excellent team work ability• High degree of strategic ability to connect deliverables and projects to the big picture• Drive and determination focus on continuous improvements• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English Why work at the Forum We believe that progress happens by bringing together people from all walks of life who have the drive and the influence to improve the state of the world by building awareness and co-operation, shaping mind-sets and agendas and driving collective action.
