You will be part of the Service Marketing team at our international Operations Centre in the beautiful lakeside city of Lausanne, Switzerland. It’s not just the views that are amazing. As our Head of Loyalty Marketing Strategy, you will be in charge of working hand in hand with the B2C team in the development of a coherent loyalty program strategy. You will translates the desired consumer experience and value proposition into consistent and comprehensive 360 engagement & communication program with the aim to engage, inspire, reward and support our loyalty members. You will enhances the membership offering and increases engagement with our consumers. Your “day to day”: • Develops an ownable program identity (cohesive to the brand idea) to be deployed consistently across all communication assets & touchpoints • Works closely with his/her team to develop personalized loyalty content, in alignment with Brand Strategy, Brand Engagement, DUX & Product Marketing, Better life and Marketing Services teams to ensure to retain (from buy to advocacy), engage and further build the IQOS brand. • Outlines the LAU activation strategy and ensures developed content is deployed coherently across the loyalty communication ecosystem and in line with defined LAU segments (targeted and personalized campaigns) to maximize reach, engagement, retention and revenue generation. • Defines a set of global measurements and KPIS, in addition to gathering insights, commissioning research to determine member needs and interests to maximize relevancy and brand advocacy • Continuously brings new ideas, benchmarked against loyalty programs in other industries, to add value to the program with the ambition to elevate the IQOS brand We’re looking for someone with: • Strong track record in a customer-centric company and industry with a robust loyalty program • Solid B2C Marketing experience with proven track record in developing loyalty program content • Strategic thinking, ability solve complex issues and translate into pragmatic solutions • Solid background in consumer segment activation and how to deploy targeted campaigns to impact consumer behavior • Consumer obsessed and ability translate insights, needs and interest into comprehensive loyalty campaigns • Track record in driving projects to completion in challenging and ambiguous environments • Experience managing Senior stakeholders • Ability to work well and collaborate cross-functionally within your department and across multi-departments/markets • International, multi-cultural experience • Bachelor or Master degree in digital/marketing/strategy or equivalent What we offer Our success depends on the women and men who come to work every day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
