The Group Marketing Communications (Group MarCom) team within the Group Communications function is in charge of protecting and reinforcing the METTLER TOLEDO brand globally in all aspects of the Corporate Identity and the Corporate Design. To enforce our Team we are looking for a proactive Senior Graphic Designer 100% (f/m/d).

In this role, your responsibilities would include:

• Initiate and maintain customer contact and look after projects from the conception, to the development, to the realization of advertising material and digital elements including but not limited to: Brochures, magazines, booklets, animated display ads, newsletters, rollup banners, flyers, Power Point presentations, etc.


• Support the Head of Group MarCom in the creative management of the team and its development and act as his Deputy
  


• Support and art direct product and model photo shootings
  


• Designing and managing projects from A to Z according to our Corporate Brand Identity and with the support of the Head of Group MarCom
  


• Participate actively in the continuous development of the Corporate Identity Guidelines, including its annexes, together with the Head of Group MarCom
  


• Counsel clients concerning Corporate Identity and Illustration usage and style
  


• Enforce Corporate Identity Guideline application across units and divisions
  


• Create infographics and icons based on MT corporate identity and style from client briefs
  


• Develop illustrations, including isometric infographics, to illustrate processes, product functions
  

Ihr Profil

Following requirements are necessary for this role:

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, design and/or digital marketing communications
  


• High proficiency in all design aspects
  


• Up to date with design and communication trends, digital and print
  


• Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing communications in a high-tech industry (print production and digital experience)
  


• Up to date with industry leading software's and technologies (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, etc.)
  


• Excellent project management and communication skills
  


• Ability to communicate fluently in English with a wide set of stakeholders at all levels in the organization
  


• Dynamic, innovative and self-motivated team player with a strong "can-do" attitude
  


• Experience creating vector infographics and icons
