Your mission:
Provides customer service management relating to client software implementations
Builds up a team of 2nd and 3rd level supporters for B2B clients of our e-banking solution
Leads remote (e.g., telephone, online) post-warranty troubleshooting and diagnostic support services to ensure that all products and services function properly
Defines customer service management standards with a set of KPIs
Ensures that good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly and effectively according to SLA
Liaises with Group function to align support services
Guides the backlog management Process
Your background:
Proven track record and minimum 5 years experience as a Teamleader Support
Familiar with implementation of complex software solutions in the banking industry
Strong leadership skills with an agile mindset and a high level of customer orientation
Aware of business priorities and risks as they impact overall customer relationships
Ability to set clear priorities depending on customer requirements
Ability to define clear processes and standards and to implement them in the organization
Positive and dedicated personality with strong problem-solving skills and result orientation
Quick comprehension as well as a structured and analytical way of working
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Excellent time management, decision-making and organization skills
German mother tongue with fluent English
