Senior Credit Manager (temporary 12 months)

We are seeking for our client, an international operating bank in Zurich, a reliable personality for a temporary assignment of 12 months as Senior Credit Manager. This is a temporary assignment with the motivation to convert the position into a permanent role.




Tätigkeiten:

• Responsible for the bank's corporate credit activities in commercial credits lending, trade structured finance mainly in CIS Region


• Carry-out credit business in accordance with the bank's management instructions and in the framework of the internal regulations provided in the bank's Credit Policy


• Collection of information to analyse Borrower's creditworthiness


• Preparation and finalization of credit transaction documents (loan agreements, documentary agreements with credit risk, collateral documentation, etc.)


• Cooperation with other financial institutions on syndications and structured lending


• Analyse credit applications, examination of the Borrower and conditions of the credit product

Anforderungen:

• University Degree in Economics, Finance or similair


• +5 years of work experience within a corporate banking role


• Strong knowledge of loans structuring and corporate lending products


• Solid credit risk awareness and experience of balance sheet/cash-flow analysis


• Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
