For our new created European Service Contract team, we are looking for a Service Contract Specialist in Steinhausen (Switzerland). The successful candidate will be responsible as a subject matter expert for the quoting and booking of Service Contracts for our customers in Switzerland, Austria, South East Europe and Africa and work on the tender process preparation. To do that you will be liaising with internal staff EMEIA wide and external stakeholders to ensure there are no mistakes in preparation, submission and booking of the quotes, tenders and purchase orders. Preparing service contract quotation in cooperation with the Service Department and get the appropriate approvalsWorking together with Service departments in South East Europe, Middle East, Africa, Switzerland and Austria in lieu of Service contract quoting and bookingDriving the service contract renewal process by preparing and reviewing quotes with stakeholders, sending quotes to customers and validating and booking orders in the systemProcess warranty contracts  Inputs and maintains the accuracy of customer related data in SAPRespond to customer inquiries (both internal and external) in a timely mannerDevelop and submit monthly reports and forecasts, as requiredParticipates in continuous improvement initiatives and team building activitiesParticipate in internal and external audits (SOX & PWC) The preferred candidate enjoys working in an international, multi-cultural environment having frequent interaction with stakeholders in various countries and will possess the following combination of skills and experiences:Excellent soft skills to include self-motivation, remain composed under pressure, professionalism, great communication skills, strong team and customer orientation.Service oriented towards customers and stakeholdersOpen for possible future developmentAbility to establish teamwork and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and employeesFocused on resultsFluent in English any other language is a plusExperience with SAP, Salesforce or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desiredTypical Education and Experience: Associates Degree or equivalent.3 - 5 years of related experienceFluency in English, both written and spoken, other languages welcome.
