- Undertake data and information gathering, literature and document reviews, perform simple analyses, and support the quality assurance reviews (fact checking, validation with key informants etc) for IAP products (reports, editorials, statements, talking points etc);
- Maintain the IAP's Outreach and Advocacy calendar, regularly scan partner and news websites for events of relevance to the IAP and maintain a database of references, and communications messages for different IAP events;
- Prepare updates on delivery of the IAP workplan's milestones, targets and budget, making use of appropriate tracking and information visualization tools;
- Provide logistical support to organize IAP meetings and events, including during the United Nations General Assembly and World Health Assembly. This includes preparing and updating participant lists, drafting invitation and visa letters, and securing meeting locations, travel and hotel reservations for IAP Members and the IAP Secretariat Support IAP meetings and monthly IAP teleconferences; including to schedule calls, compile, file and disseminate background materials, provide support to IAP's correspondence, take and draft meeting notes and ensure timely follow-up on actions agreed;
- Any other duties as needed and appropriate, as agreed with the supervisor.
