WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead and own quality strategy to ensure a high level of product quality based on system requirements and business needs


• Partner with the Product Owner and the teams to successfully deliver platform capabilities


• Participate in the implementation and maintenance of the quality systems program


• Promote and facilitate continuous quality improvement


• Develop and implement measures to monitor effectiveness, metrics and Quality System process improvements


• Design and implement automation plans


• Develop and execute functional and automated test cases
   

WHAT YOU BRING

• 2+ years of engineering (software development) experience, preferably working as a Backend Developer or Quality Assurance Engineer


• Experience with TestNG, Mockito, Selenium or similar


• Strong attention to detail


• Advanced test case and test planning skills


• Knowledge and experience working with UNIX systems, scripting and database querying


• Hands-on experience working with different browsers, devices, viewports (experience with IoT networks and Big Data is a plus)


• Deep understanding of agile development processes and methodology including continuous integration and delivery, with a mindset of building incrementally and delivering business value quickly


• Experience with on-premise to cloud migrations is a plus


• Previous work experience in a startup environment is a plus


• Experience as a Scrum Master is a plus
